Do you have questions about our training programs, prerequisites, or the session structure? Find answers to the most common questions here.

The frequency varies depending on your goal. For posture and back pain, we recommend 2 to 3 sessions per week. If Pilates complements your sports activity and you are looking for muscle strengthening, 1 to 2 sessions per week is ideal.

Joseph Pilates said: “In 10 sessions you will feel a difference, in 20 sessions you will see a difference, after 30 sessions you will have a different body.”

With Pilates, we deeply strengthen our body. KYSKO takes you further by offering cardio classes to challenge your heart, thus providing you with a complete physical workout.

You can cancel your class directly in the online application. Cancellation is free if done more than 24 hours before the start of your class. If you cancel the class less than 24 hours before the start, the class will be deducted from your subscription.

You can take a first trial class for 30 CHF.

Congratulations, you are registered for your first class! Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to prepare yourselves. Sports attire such as yoga or fitness wear is required, as well as non-slip socks, which we sell if needed.

A shower is available if you wish to use it after the class. Please remember to bring a towel.

Yes! You can book and attend classes at all Kysko studios in French-speaking Switzerland, and for all activities offered.
This is one of Kysko’s great advantages: a studio near work for a lunchtime class, and another near your home for weekend workouts.
Total freedom to move wherever and whenever you want.

The two methods are very different, although both disciplines will allow you to strengthen and tone your body.
If you have back problems, are resuming physical activity, or feel the need to realign your body due to poor posture at work… Pilates will be more suitable.
If you wish to challenge yourself, work on your cardio, and transform your body quickly… Lagree will be more suitable.
